Being A Messenger For Those Who Have No Voice

The good news is that I have brand new material that’s been written over the past few days in relation to my current personal situation that I find myself in. Even better good news is that my personal situation is one that reflects the title of this blog.
I woud say more, but then that’s giving away what I will do next Friday night at the comedy club. All I can say, is to be there for what I have to talk about. It’s real life. Pain is comedy, and even though I do not feel pain or embarrassment from this situation, I can make it funny and hopefully use the humour to help educate and heal.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not turning into a George Carlin or one of those comics with a social conscience, at least I don’t think I am!
Sometimes in life though, you are put into situations where you can make use of your talents to help, whether it be to help yourself, or to help others. You aren’t asked beforehand if you want to be in the middle of the situation, because you just find yourself there and it’s up to you to figure your way out of it. It’s certainly not where I envisioned myself being, but you know what, it’s not that bad. It could be much, much worse.
Come out to the comedy club on Friday night to find out what I’m talking about.
